Core Privacy Commitment: ZenFlow Labs builds privacy-first applications. Our touch training application, CT-Flow, operates 100% offline. We do not collect, track, store, transmit, or monetize any of your personal data.

1. Zero Data Collection

We respect your fundamental right to privacy. When you use CT-Flow:

No Personal Information: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contact lists, or physical locations.
No Account Required: You never need to sign up, log in, or link any external credentials to use our applications.
No Device Identifiers: We do not read or record IMEI numbers, advertising IDs (AAID), MAC addresses, or biometric profiles.
No Network Transmission: The application does not declare or request network access (android.permission.INTERNET). All tactile metrics, kinematics calculations, and session telemetry occur purely on your device processor.

2. Local Device Storage

Any configuration preferences or records generated while using CT-Flow are stored exclusively on your device's isolated local storage:

Screen Calibration: Physical pixels-per-centimeter values calibrated for your device display.
Practice Records: Session timestamps, duration, average speed, and daily streak counts.
UI Preferences: Whether you have dismissed the initial science welcome screen.

This data never leaves your device. You can permanently erase all stored values at any time by clearing the application storage in your Android settings or uninstalling the app.

3. Device Permissions

The application requests only a single device permission strictly necessary for core functionality:

android.permission.VIBRATE: Triggers subtle, gentle haptic micro-pulses when your movement speed enters the target calming zone (~2.5 to 3.5 cm/s).

No camera, microphone, GPS, storage read/write, or background services permissions are requested or used.

4. Third-Party Services & Advertising

No Ads: ZenFlow Labs applications contain no advertisements, banners, or ad-network SDKs.
No Analytics SDKs: We do not integrate Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, telemetry libraries, or crash-reporting SDKs that upload device information.
No Tracking Across Apps: We do not track user behavior or associate data across other websites or applications.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Because our applications collect absolutely zero personal information or device identifiers, we comply fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not solicit or gather data from any person of any age, including children under 13.

Disclaimer: CT-Flow and ZenFlow Labs applications are educational and wellness training tools designed to cultivate tactile rhythm, somatic awareness, and steady hand movement. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disorder.
